I am trying to figure out how to have 3 dependent and dynamic list/boxes using php and mysql. (http://www.attrex.net/directory/Florida.php?state=Florida)

Michael - you'll use php and mysql to populate the menus but you're talking some serious javascript there to do the heavy lifting (dynamic changing). search the javascript code archives online, you'll find the script to do it for you.
