Need help with PHP templates

I'm using the Atemplate setup that I found in a PHP download site, heh, may have been this one. It was downloaded from www.soysal.com ... Anyway... the instructions are not clear as to how to generate the pages from the template.php If someone could help me out here I'd be very grateful. The server is win 2000 and the template uses tpl files.

For simple use look at rFastTemplate class at http://www.astrofoto.org/people/roland/rFT/tutorial.html

There are tutorials floating around here and on DevShed for using the original FastTemplate class which are compatible.
