opinions on different encoding charset

Hi

I'm in a bit of a dilemma. would appreciate if any of you have an opinion on this.

my user want to create a site in both chinese encoding charset, Simplified (G😎 & Traditional (Big5)

they want a forum for this site, and the forum should be in the two charset as well, but the topics are the same.

how can i go about doing this? are there forum apps out there that takes care of this?

I recommend going to freshmeat.net and looking for forum, web board, and the like. I know I've seen forum apps and such that do multiple laungages / encodings using the search there.

That should start you in the right direction.
