Convert *.HTML to *.SWF !!!

Hi I´m from Argentina.
I have one question. I need to know
how I can convert .HTML format to
.SWF. I know what I can to do for
convert from .SWF to .HTML. But
I have one HTML project and I need
pass him to *.SWF if is possible.
I need to know the name of the SOFT.
If sombody know something PLEACE
help me.

Not sure exactly what you want to do... You can create flash swf's dynamically with Ming, a PHP extension. http://ming.sourceforge.net/
