Working with FDF and PHP

Hello everyone,

I am new working with FDF & PHP can anyone help me by providing some examples which I can run & understand. Also what are the requirements for it on Linux server. It is urgent. I shall be highly thankful to the person who helps me out. I have to work with editable PDF which will be saved at server & database will also be updated.
