Content Management System?

I'm interested in using some sort of Content Managament System that lets me create the text of pages and then the CMS creates all the navigation, etc.

I've looked at hotscripts.com but there's hundreds of different CMS scripts!

I had a quick look at PHP-Nuke, which has got the sort of look that I want (ie I want to be able to create articles, polls, downloads, etc), but I don't want people to be able to add their own articles. Is it possible to turn off this feature in PHP-Nuke?

Unfortunately I've read that there's lots of security problems with PHP-Nuke, have these been fixed or is it still a problem?

PHP-Nuke is ok, there is also PostNuke which is more modular but not necessarily more functional (though the PostNuke user authentication system really shines).

Comments in stories and polls can be turned on/off in both...

If you're buying space on a shared host make sure they'll allow either of these packages since there are some who do not (though not too many).
