How much should i quote?

Just wondering how much money people would quote for the following jobs?
I just need a general figure on what to charge.

I would like to put in place an online ordering system for the CLIENT

completed the form the order needs to be sent to the head office as well

   send personalised messages to selected contacts, all contacts or individual
   contacts stored in the database. There are no limits to the number of
   messages sent or the frequency they are sent.

3. Groups Manager.
   The groups manager will allow staff members to create, edit and delete email
   user groups. Contacts will be able to be added to individual and multiply
   groups. This will filter contacts when using the bulk mailer and newsletter
   generator.

4. e-Newsletter Generator.
   Allows staff to create, and archive electronic newsletters that can then be
   emailed via the bulk mail generator to all or some of their contact
   database. Newsletters can include both text and images, and will created
   using a standard template.

Well here's a suggestion, rather than paying to have these items developed (*which can get expensive depending on your needs), there are plenty of ready made solutions for both php and cgi, most of which shouldn't cost you more than the time it would take to set them up.

I can see each script costing over $1000 each.
I just wrote a contact management script that started off as "an easy way to keep track of clients" and turned into a massive amount of work.
Moral of the story is...things snowball quickly.
Don't bid yourself out of the running, but don't cut yourself short.
I usually bid $100 per hour for PHP and $50 per hour for HTML. I don't work flat rate (per page price) because I have written some HTML with several nested tables, several forms and so many little images that one could go blind- much more than $50 worth of work.
These rates seem to work out when you consider revisions (which I usually comp if they are small), testing and debugging.
