Variable Problem

Hi, i have an upload file in my news submit page.

If the user decides against adding an attachment, on the next page, it displays warning undefined variable "upload".

How can i stop it displaying this if i dont want to upload anything and submit the page.

it works fine if i add an attachment. but displays and undefined variable error if not.

please help

on your upload page do a quick check

if(upload != '')
{
//upload file code
}
//do rest of upload

I cannot pass my session variables to the next page or textboxes, without an error saying variable name mot reconised
