PLEASE HELP!!!
I am running php on W2K/II5. Php loads and runs but everytime the mail() is called I get this error:
PHP Warning: Failure to receive in d:\inetpub\wwwroot...\include.php on line 173
My settings are correct in the php.ini. I've searched the web for days and have found only one other instance of this issue (unfortuneately the answer didn't follow!!) Is there something that I need to configure in my SMTP Virtual Server? Could it be a permission issue
