Foreach Example

Hey this will be really easy for anyone. Just simply show how to use FOREACH. The manual is confusing me. Don't just give me what they have either. That doesn't help me. I want everything like how the array is and stuff like that. I am trying to make a large array with @@'s in it to break the products up. So can someone help me? Just show me a very very basic example and I can build mine from there. Just someone provide the blocks. IF you know how to do this please help me. Give what the array equals and just use Echo. I don't care. Thank you very much!

Suppose your array is $arr :

foreach ($arr as $key => $value) {
echo "Key is "$key" \n";
echo "Value is "$value" \n";
}

$key will be... the key, and $value... will be... the value of that key... !

OK now what is the value of $arr? Like $arr = "???????? Or what? I have that example from php.net but how does the array have to look like?

Well, $arr is something like that :
$arr = array(
"key0" => "value 0",
"key1" => "value 1",
"key2" => array(
"key2-0" => "value 2-0"
),
"key3" => "value 3"
)

So lets say that I have 2 names Chad and Mike. I want Chad to be in there 3 times and Mike to be in there 3 times. Would it look like
$arr = array("key0"=>"Chad","key1"=>"Chad","key2"=>"Chad","key3"=>"Mike","key4"=>"Mike","key5"=>"Mike");

???

Is there another way of doing it like::
$arr = array(Chad@@@@@@@@@@);

Could you do it that way? If so how? Thanks so much for your time you are really helping me learn this! I didn't think it would really be this hard. 🙂 I really appreciate it though.

Ok check this out! I got it. I started playing with yours and found a way to do it.
