How display a article through multi-page

I see some options:

1. Break the article into seperate, numbered files and have each page display text from "$x.txt"

OR

2. Grab the article as a string and use
   strlen() to break it up.

In either case you should be able to use a script to determine whether another "part" exists and call the appropriate URL.
