How to search mysql database

How do I search a mysql database with the like command using keywords. I need it to find a match either upper case or lower case from the first letter to the last letter

example:

Search db with ts. I want it to look for any words that have T or t and S or s in it.

Use wildcards. eg

WHERE yourColum LIKE '%t%' OR yourColum LIKE '%s%'

try search for wildcard in the documentation.

I already do that. The problem is the wildcard is case sensitive. How do I make it non case sensitive
