What I am trying to do sounds like it should be simple enough, yet I have been racking my brain to figure out a way to do so in PHP. I have a client that would like to upload his pdf files to the residing server. Users will then be able to view those files. The major problem lies in the fact that he would like to allow users to search through his pdfs. I need to be able to open a pdf, parse the text contained within the file and insert it into the database, thus allowing users to search for keywords.
Someone please HELP.
