Hi!
Does anyone know if the is a Forum or Bulletin Board out there where Useres not only are able to post messages, but where users have the possibility to "grade" messages and responses. In this way postings that are deemed by the community not helpful or insulting could just go off the board without Admin intervention: a "quality management" determined by the users
The idea is more complex but I wonder if there is something out there I could adapt for my purposes. Anyone know such a board?
