Form Troubles

Hey hows it goin? I wonder if you can help me. I have a form (like the other 5 billion other sites out there) but mine has multiple entry drop down box. Now how do I get the multiple entry's to go into the database? I am a little confused on how to get that. If they choose just one then its all good and will go in just fine... however if they choose more than one (which they are allowed to do) then it will only take the last one they chose. So.. whats the trick behind them? Thanks!

Well here is an example...

        <td width="43%" height="7" valign="top" bgcolor="#A9B8CF">
          <b><select size="1" name="air_cond" multiple tabindex="38">
      <option value="Central Air">Central-Air</option>
      <option selected value="None">None</option>
      <option value="Wall Unit">Wall Unit</option>
      <option value="Window Unit">Window Unit</option>
    </select></b>
        </td>

Now they choose Central-Air and Window Unit.... it will take Window Unit because its the last choosen. How can it take both?!?! That I do not understand. Thanks!
