Refresh upon load

I have a PHP file which has about 5 includes.

On the header I have <META http-equiv="Pragma" CONTENT="no-cache"> command, but the calendar (another PHP include) does not load the newest version upon page loading.

I have to hit the Refresh button on the browser.

Is there a way to do a Refresh upon loading and not Refresh any more?

I find that the best way to prevent any cacheing is to append a 'random' value to the end of each link. This ensures that the browser gets the new page.
