I run a web site where people can come along and place an add, i want to start charging for this feature, at £1 a go, I want to code this in php, and need an online bank for the money to go into, how do i set this up, are there any free banks?

However WorldPay.com which is uk based has a system catering for low value purchases which may suit your needs.
