I am having a bit of difficulty converting the local time to GMT. I haven't tried using gmstrftime() since you need to use set_locale (LC_TIME, ?). Im not sure what to specify as the time/date locale FYI - I am in the central US (CST/CDT)
Also when I use gmdate(), the time is correctly created in GMT, however its doesn't take into account daylight savings time.
Is their any way to either create a time stamp formatted to GMT with daylight savings taken into account or does anyone know what the time locale is for US central time. Also does the gmstrftime() also not take into acount daylight savings time?
