This afternoon during the florida rains, I wrote a little toobar for windows that allows you quick reference to PHP's functions (and MySQL and Google).

Sweet little app. Replaces (includes) Googlebar functionality and keeps access for the data you need from php.net and mysql.com at your fingertips. Nonobtrusive, simple, and functional. If you use PHP and MySQL, you oughta have this installed!
