hi, i'm trying to install postgresql on windows 2000. i have downloaded it but it doesn't run because it can't find cygwin.dll. i don't know what is this file and where can i get it from. can you help me with some instructions please! thanks
try to look through http://www.cygwin.com/
you can install cygwin from www.redhat.com
then make sure your path environment variable points to the cygwin\bin folder
