Recommend MySQL and PHP Host?

I'm looking for a host that supports MySQL (3.23 or higher)
and PHP 4.0.0 or higher.

Can anyone recommend a good, flexible and helpful host?

I would simply like to recommend SpeedyWebHost.com. If you're looking and want to require ssl, be sure the host you choose has ssl compiled with php and mysql!

Try northwesthost.com we have mysql and php4
with packages starting at 7.95 check us out.
