free host for mysql and php3?

I am just getting started with mySQL as well as php3 and would like to know if anyone knew of a at least passable free host for mySQL and php3 so as I could learn what I was doing before I began paying for a host. Thank you.

Why not download Apache, PHP and MySQL and practise your code from the comfort of your own server?

Thanks! All of the graphics, design and coding was done by me. The graphics were pretty much all done in Photoshop 5.5.
