Ive installed PHP4 and MySQL Win32 on my Server... PHP works fine but I have some scripts in sql files....How to conncet or configure??????

You probably want to read up on some mysql/php tutorials. I believe there are some on devshed.com and probably webmonkey.com as well. And there are, no doubt, dozens more out there.
