Free PHP/MySQL Webhosting?

My current host does not have this, so I am moving to a dedicated server in a month. Untill then, I want to experiment. Any places that have MySQL and PHP with /username etc?

They have php 4.? and they have mySQL. They don't allow telenet acess, so maniplulating the database might be hard (I'm still trying to figure it out, but I have only been playing with php for two days now, and havn been mainly playing and going to school)
