Can anybody help me find / write a script that can take info from a form, and put it into a database; to then be able to parse out rows and columns into a custom HTML Template?
If anybody could help me, I'd be greatful.

Well, to be honest I'm trying to figure out if everything installed on the server. I would like to do it in PHP, and the db will be called 'profilelist' w/o the " ' ".
