I have a db of trips and the itinerary column is formatted like so..
Day 1 bla bla bla
Day 2 ....
But it won't import like taht into mysql. Is there any way I can go from MS Access to mysql and retain that format?

Look at your mysql manual, I belive there is a way to import CSV data
