Cann't connect to MySql when online

I\'m install PWS and php and mysql on my computer without connect to internet and use it OK. when I connect my computer to internet I can\'t use mysql when i use phpmyadmin

I try to using password YES by upper instruction but not OK. My friend tell me that my ip address is change. But i don\'t know how to manage this problem . Can you help me

Did you check user table in mysql database.
The Host field in user table should be '%' or 'Remote IP' instead of 'localhost'.

I may be wrong, I usually am, but I don't believe the password is "YES". I think the "YES" merely affirms that a password is in use. You need to find the actual password.
