go to www.mysql.com somewhere they mention teacher instructed classes.
php and mysql are not the type of things that are taught well in a classroom though... just learn the basics of databases and programming, and learn mysql and php by EXPERIENCE... try @!#$ out, if it doesn't work, RTFM... if that doesn't work the community is very help full.
