Problem with php_oci8.dll

Hi
i'm working fine with PHP & MySQL but when i try to connect Oracle from my machine where i installed Oracle personal edition 8.1.2(ofcourse i have uncommented extension=php_oci8.dllfrom php.ini & I have set the oracle_path in autoexec.bat) ,my apache server cant able to server not even ordinary Php Pages but when i comment the extension=php_oci8.dll again in the php.ini then ordinary Php works out well
Can anyone help me pls
Can i run both MySql && Oracle from one system?? (i'm using this system as server)
