Do you have any idea on how to convert a database from Access to Oracle? Any suggestion/idea on this topic is appreciated.

You could possibly convert to MS SQL and then convert to Oracle. I'm just saying this because a lot of the SQL statements that generate the tables in Access are kind of funky and Access-specific

Check on oracle's technet site. They have a tool called migration workbench, which has a msaccess to Oracle conversion utility. It works pretty well, but is a bit confusing to use. I can dig up the link for you if you can't find it.
