How to restore a '.sql'file

I use a Mysql database of win2000 version
The sql file's size is more than 3M
How can a restore it to Mysql database with phpmyadmin?

If you have command line access to the database (ie, you can run the mysql client) then just run it from the command line. It will work very quickly, and shouldn't have any problem, whereas phpmyadmin will probably not like 3M of text pasted into a textbox.
