This one is kinda hard - because SQL is by nature a search engine of sorts.
Want all entries that contain the phrase "whatever you want", case insensitive?
Select * from table where upper (entry) like upper('%whatever you want%');
Perhaps if you specified more of your requirements and/or intended application, it'd be easier to answer your question?
