I have installed apache/mysql/php on my local machine running win9x with utility EasyPHP but that doesn't offer mysqldump. Pl. help me on how to get mysqldump Iam in urgent need to port the database.

mysqldump comes with the mysql distribution. Look in your /path/to/mysql/bin directory.
That's the only problem. I don't have mysqldump with mydistribution kit so there is any way from where I can get it
