sure there is a way to do this,
i would like to know, how are you identifying people who come to your site, is there some login id etc?
in case there is no login, you can identify them with their emails.
what you need to do is have a table with email as the pri key and store the details(whatever you want),
in your news letter,where you have the links , put the email id in the query string(or some hash based on it). once they click and come to the page you can update your database based on email, hence you will know how many clients clicked on the links etc.
