how to load text file w/ phpmyadmin?

Can someone please explain to me how to load a comma delimeted text file into a table using phpmyadmin? The only instuctions that I found on their website were how to setup the directory with the proper permissions, and it doesn't seem that their forum board is being used much.

Your advice will be greatly appreciated.

You click on the specific table and scroll down. THere is a link says "Insert textfiles into table"
You click that and you can specify the text file from your hard drive and set up the options (tab, comma etc)

Hey, I'm trying to load a csv file into the database and it's only loading the first line.

Before anyone answers, I do know know that windows (the machine I'm loading from) and linux (the machine I'm loading to) use different characters for the end of the line. However, simply knowing this doesn't help me much. How can I fix it!

phpMyAdmin version = 2.2.0rc4
