SQL DBMS in PHP

I was wondering how many people would be interested in using a Flat Text, XML format database that can be operated using SQL queries?

It'll be a boon for those who have MySQL scripts, but dont presently have mySQL access.

Please mail me as I really think it is a good idea - can be completed in a week, but shall start working only after your feedback.

Well, this sounds really interesting, and I was already thinking that it would be nice to have such
a solution.
It,s good for php-scripts that handle only small amounts of data, e.g. simple forums, guestbooks,
etc
