Automated HTML Field Generation

Is there any tool available that can automatically generate an HTML form for me by connecting to a MYSQL database and analyzing the fields in it ?

The numbers of combinations for such a tool would be vast, and therefore it is probably best to construct one yourself.

If you are on Windows or Mac, you can use Macromedia's awesome tool, Dreamweaver Ultradev. There is an open source plugin called PHAKT (http://www.interakt.ro) that allows it to write PHP in addition to ASP, CF and JSP.

It does require having an ODBC connection from your workstation to your database though.

I've used this with MySQL many times and it works great.

You should be able to download a 30 day trial from macromedia.com. The trial version comes with some great tutorails to get you up to speed very quickly.
