Post in .txt File ..?

Using the <form> we can pass variables to a php page which can insert something in a mysql databse,
the point is .. Can i post those variables in a text file (.txt) and can i read the data from that file later ..?

it seems a bit long answer well be 🙂

Ofcourse you can. Think about CSV files, that's just plaintext.

how to start getting the knoledge of the CSV ..
and how to post in a file ..
