Get a domain name, and attach it to the box that has the apache server on it, then set everything up. Read the apache docs on how to set it up to run, it's fairly easy. You will have to have a static IP, or spend alot of time administering your domain name to make sure it's always pointed to your current IP, but that's not recommended given the time it takes for DNS to update.
