PHP - MS Access - Update

What is the syntax to use PHP to update a MS Access Database? Any Help is greatly appreciated.

First of all, what do you mean with update a ms access db? you mean run a update query?
in this case you have only to use the standard sql language, so run a query like this one:

UPDATE tablename SET field=value WHERE ....

I tried that and got the following:
"Warning: SQL error: [Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Syntax error in UPDATE statement., SQL state 37000 in SQLExecDirect in."
And I tried using brackets around the field names, and same error. That is why I am confused.

first off make sure that your webserver has write permissions on the DB. On Windoze, IIS runs under the account name IUSR_[name of the server here] ... for instance, i have a web server that is called 'web2' ... hence, the IIS account gets write access to the db is IUSR_WEB2.

"UPDATE Table_Foo SET Field_Bar = 'stuff' WHERE (Some_Thing = 'Other_thing')"

you can even omit the () ...
