Moving mysql database/tables to MSSQL

Anyone have idea of how to move an existing mysql database or tables to MSSQL or vise versa. Thanks a lot.

For this task use phpMyAdmin 2.2.2
which will solve ur many problem as u explain.
phpMyAdmin 2.2.2 can convert ur data into Execl File and MSSQL also aceept this file format.
