How to select by Date Diff ?

Hi!
How to select from Ms Access records WHERE Date_Field contains data (some date/time)older then given Date?

SELECT col1, col2, col3 FROM yourTable WHERE Date_Field < #01/06/2002#

MS Access needs the #'s around the outside of the date literal
