several datasets from one html form

Hi!
Has anybody an idea how I could get several lines of datasets out of the same html form without rewriting the query over and over again (can get pretty tiring with 50 lines of data)?? I was thinking of a do while loop that changes the variable names automatically but do not know how to do this.
