Complete Genius - IF you can figure out!

OK... I'm ENTIRELY baffled at what I've come across? It just doesn't make sense!

I have 3 pages which includes:

A. one frameset that contains 2 pages (page one[dropdown] menu) & (page two, a results page) For now it's opening in a new window) All data is dynamically generated from MySQL db.

B. Third page is details page for selected item from query from page 2.

Here's what happens...

You select an item from the dropdown...the products populate with 3 items on the page, next/prev buttons showing. Click next for items and it moves and populates again.. no problems.

You choose ANOTHER category, and it doesn't pass any values I don't think, because there is no information??!! How's that for strange?

Those are the ONLY pages used for well over 150 categories and 3000 products. The thing is... all the database fields are IDENTICAL.. no apostrophe's, no quotes, no slashes.. the only things in there are text, numbers and an occasional dash (-).

Any ideas, PLEASE tell me!

Also,

using PHPMyAdmin, I can change an items CategoryID (table column) to a category that DOES show up... and low and behold.. the item appears, of course in the wrong category, but nonetheless it appears?

Problem with MySQL database?

Should I reload it?

Suggestions?

I figured out the deal... I had an extra variable in there...staring right at me..
