PHP/MySQL DB Error(s)?

As a key part of my webpage, I've used an MySQL/PHP4/Apache message board that should work with the
servers and databasses I use. However, I am getting a lot of errors that make setup impossible. PHP is running as an Apache mod.

I don't know if the $get s wrong or what, bu could someone check it out and help me out here?

Well, errors like this:

Warning: Supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/bbcyouth/christianyouthgroup-www/phboard/forum.php on line 154

usually mean the mysql_connect statement failed. You do test to make sure the db connection worked don't you?

Negative, the DB connects fine, but thigs are not being carried over from one file to the next.

Are you calling correct $result variables? This usually means you are referenceing a statement that isn't there, or is named something other than what your script is calling.
