Which software i can use to admin mysql?

Something like PhpMyAdmin .

My friend/host uses PHPMyAdmin and I love it.

phpmyadmin is cute, but sucks major bllcks.

If you can connect to your database by remote, then use a win32 tool like mysqlfront. That handles your database a sh*tload better than phpmyadmin.

Just curious - why do you think phpmyadmin sucks and mysqlfront is so much better? I think they're pretty comparable.

Until mysqlfront 2.0, I had to stick to a rather old version because it was so damn annoying with all it's bugs.

For one thing, mysqlfront can successfully dump database data and re-insert it.

It can also open connections to several databases at once (on different hosts if required), and export-import data between them.

But best of all it has a query editor that let's you play around with queries without having to copy and paste all the time.
