Hi folks,
As im new to Php and Mysql i've staretd to use phpmyadmin and i must say it is one of the best admin progs ive seen...
now my roblem hase been with insertign text files directly into MySql via the admin program but i get the following message

LOAD DATA LOCAL INFILE '/var/tmp/phpAAAaasvqa' REPLACE INTO TABLE prod FIELDS TERMINATED BY ',' LINES TERMINATED BY '\n'
MySQL said: Lost connection to MySQL server during query
i thought this was a permission problem and got the neccesary permisions sorted but yet the same problem persists..
can anyone give me an insight in what is causing this problem?
