Sybase - Project Management Tool

Hi all,

I need a non comercial 'Project Management' app where I can define projects, tasks, people assign to projects, time consumed, statistics, graphics, etc.

I already saw some ... but they all work with MySQL.
What I'm looking for should work on AIX 4.3.3 with Apache/PHP and Sybase 11.0.3.3.

Can you point me any directions ?

Though I'm not sure it satisfies all of the above needs, "DCL" (Double Choco Latte) States it supports Sybase ASE.
