MSSQL retreiving binaries

Hi,

I’m designing an Intranet and have to retrieve binary files from a MSSQL database and depending on their type display them (e.g. PDFs, Word, Excel, Powerpoint even pictures).

I’ve looked around the site and found info on how to get binary files into the db but I don’t need to do this a front end has been developed to do this in ASP by an external source.

I have no idea how to do this and my loving bosses want it done yesterday…

I’m I looking at the problem right? Any ideas? Help?
