MySQL fixed length ID field?

I know I can set a beginning number for the ID field in MS SQL to start with 10000 and auto increment from there, but can I do this in MySQL?

MSSQL
[ID] [int] IDENTITY (100000, 1) NOT NULL ,

MySQL
???

I need it to start with 10000000. A client specifically asked for it. Sigh!

Thanks. I will have to read in a little further. For now I am using unsigned zero refill with a maximum length of 8.
